Delivery

Stationery & Office Supplies Ltd. (SOS) offers free delivery service in the corporate area within a 24 hour time frame. Customers will be advised accordingly on weather conditions, accidents and emergencies, beyond the control of staff members, which may delay deliveries.

Free island wide delivery is also offered with certain restrictions. Goods have to be consolidated for a full load to be distributed throughout the island, so the delivery schedule is at the discretion of the company. A standard delivery charge will apply to any customer who does not have the option of waiting for a full truck load and needs the goods urgently.

Any goods delivered after hours or on weekends will incur a delivery and installation charge that will be predetermined beforehand with the customer.

Returns

If a SOS customer is not satisfied with their purchase, our seven day return policy gives the customer ample time to return any item complete with original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) from the date of purchase. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned within the seven day policy.
