FURSYS Product Warranty

FURSYS warrants the following limited warranty period from the date of purchase to the original owner of this product, if purchased from an authorized Fursys dealer or agent.

The warranty protects the purchaser against material defects or workmanship found during normal usage (a standard 40 hour work week) of the product during this warranty period.

Fursys warrants all non-moving metal components for 5 years. Table surfaces, stool leg, partition frame, swivel/tilt mechanism, pneumatic cylinders, wood components, plastic ports, base and casters will carry a 5-year warranty. Upholstered fabric (chair/panel) and leather (chair) will carry a 5-year warranty. Normal wear, fading, and COM (Customer's Own Material) are not covered under this warranty. Slight variation in color, pattern, and weave may occur and must be accepted as normal. Fursys does not warrant leather against routine scratching or scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.

This warranty will not cover damages caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, or alteration, damages caused by floods, fire, or other natural disaster, damages caused in shipment, transportation, or storage as determined by Fursys, and damages caused by use with extreme climate conditions such as high temperature and exceeded moisture content range for human comfort and health.

This warranty will not apply to products that are altered by purchaser. And it will not cover labor, transportation charges incurred during repair and replacement. Product repair or replacement of defective part is a customer's exclusive remedy for any and all product defects. No other warranty expressed or implied is provided.

BOSS Office Products Six-Year Limited Warranty

BOSS Office Products wants you to be happy with our products. When used and maintained properly, they will provide you with years of satisfaction.

BOSS chairs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for six years from the ORIGINAL DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE with the following exceptions: Upholstery materials, foam, gas cylinders, wood components, control mechanisms, and electronic components. Upholstery materials and foam are warranted against unusual wear or deterioration and gas cylinders, wood components, and controls against structural failure or unusual wear for EIGHTEEN months. All electronic components for the massaging units have a 90-day warranty period.

The warranty obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at BOSS OFFICE PRODUCTS' option, of defective parts and components. The warranty of this product is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, or if the customer does to perform the necessary maintenance outlined below. The warranty is only rated for the original purchaser of the product and will not be honored if the product is resold.

Should any component be found to be defective under normal single shift usage (eight hours a day), that component will be replaced free of charge. In order to get the replacement part, please return the product or the part to the dealer from whom it was purchased. The dealer will send the defective part to the manufacturer, freight prepaid. The manufacturer will repair or replace the defective parts and return it to the dealer, freight prepaid. Customers must be responsible for maintenance of this product including assembly, cleaning, and making sure all hardware is securely fastened.

This warranty applies only to the product; the manufacturer is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience, or any other special or consequential damages caused by any product defect. This warranty is the only warranty applicable on all BOSS products. All other warranties, expressed or implied prior, are disclaimed.

Smart Office Furniture Warranty

SMART OFFICE FURNITURE, (“SMART”) warrants its products Handy, Dell, Director and Definition to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. Smart promises to repair or replace any Smart brand products or component included in these categories purchased from authorized Smart dealer, which fails under normal use as a result of such subject. This warranty applies from the date of manufacture, and is subject to the limitations, exclusions, and other provisions below.

5 years: All non-moving metal components, table surface, steel legs, partition frame, wood components or wood framed products, Urethane parts, and plastic parts.

2 years: Upholstered Fabric (panel)

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear
• Products that were installed in a wrong way
• Modification of the product without permission of Smart
• Abuse, misuse of the product
• Natural disasters while storing or transiting the products
• Variations occurring in surface materials
• Customer Own (COM) or non-standard materials
• Products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions
